(More customer reviews)Hi everyone, this is a sweet box!! I replaced 4 12" subs with 1 L7 in this box, and this setup hit harder, alot harder! The port is on the bottom of the side of the box, which I wasnt sure about how that would sound, but it worked out great. The hard plastic coating makes the box alot stronger and makes it look great! You will not be disapointed with this box!!

(More customer reviews)I ordered the circular ones shown in the picture which, btw is sold as a single item not as a pair. One came as a square spacer with a circle cut out of the center and one came as an actual circular spacer. Additionally, they took quite a while to get here. I wish i would have just cut my own.

(More customer reviews)Item arrived with some minor damage in the corners (seems it was thrown around on the UPS truck with no insulation inside box). Subwoofers didn't fit, needed to be sanded down a bit in order to get them to fit. Wood is nice and very thick.

(More customer reviews)Sturdy box, seems well constructed. The only thing cheap about it is the speaker connections on the outside of the box. They just don't hold the wires all that well. So far the wires haven't fallen out for me, but I never really move the box. If you moved it more I am sure the wires would fall out of the connections.

(More customer reviews)This box is intended for a type S Alpine 12. (or similar spec speaker) I have a type R and the air volume of this box is too small for it and the port tuning is wrong. It did not sound very good with a type R. I will give it a thumbs up for the quality construction. I wish I could give a more favorable review. I am not saying this box is bad. It was designed for a type S and I'm sure it would sound great loaded with one judging by the high build quality and specs.
(EDIT 2 WEEKS LATER)The Alpine Type R recommends a 1.9 cubic ft. (ported) box. This is only 1.3. The full range of bass was not heard with my 2010 Type R. I replaced it with this...

(More customer reviews)Decent box and for $29 shipped so who's going to argue. It says 1" speaker baffles however the front face is only 3/4" MDF. I'm not sure if the rest of the box is 5/8 or 3/4. None the less it is a well built box with glued joints all around. Should do the trick. Came in a carboard box with a couple edges of the box getting dinged...nothing a little sharpie and a stapler couldn't fix. Again...I couldn't have built one this well for $50 and a lot of sweat. This is easier.

(More customer reviews)This is a good box for the price for sure, becuase with the shared chamber your subs still have power as if they were hitting against each other, but without the pressure it cuases on the subs! I bought it not knowing what to expect because of the fact that the only other boxes ive ever owned were sealed and they cause some serious low beats but lack highs but also cause alot of stress on the subs and i love loud systems so as a result ive blown 3sets of subs because of them so i bought new subs and a new amp awhile back and i bought this with them and they are really loud! lol!! the only bad thing is it doesnt come with wires for the inside of the box (from the box connections to the subs) but that was an easy fix!! but it still is a great box!!!!

Atrend E10St B Box Series 10-Inch Single-Sealed Truck Enclosure Review

(More customer reviews)I think the quality of the box is good for the price. The thing I dislike is the cheap, chinsey speaker wire terminals. These are just bits of plastic with a tiny weak coil spring to hold pressure on the wire. Not a very positive lock on the wire at all.
If you were to replace the speaker terminal block with a decent one, then this would be a very nice box. It is well built and the carpet is applied smoothly and firmly.
The sound quality is fine for it's relatively small size. Sounds even better when
you add a wad of polyfill.
If you were mounting the box so it wouldn't be moved around, then the cheap wire terminals would be OK. If however, you want to move the box around with the wires hooked up, you might find they pull out easy.
