I had a feeling I would be pretty happy with this thing when I saw how big it was and heavy it is. This thing is a beast and it doesn't disappoint. Much like the longer reivew written above, I've never heard such crisp clear highs and solid bass in a car system until I put this in mine. I am running this with Focal 6 1/2 components up front, 6x9's in the rear and a 10" power coustic sub in a ported box. I have the gain (amp volume) on all the channels at just under half and it's already incredibly loud and clear. I would definitely recommend this amp, I acutally never write reviews but I'm so impressed with this that I just have to. GO BUY IT NOW< TRUST ME lol, you won't regret it. Just make sure to get speakers that can handle the juice this thing can pump out....and Enjoy!!

Dual XPA2500 300 Watt Amplifier Review

I'm definitely not an amp expert. I got some free subs and bought this cheap amp from WalMart because I wasn't willing to spend a fortune on a car sound system. This amp was easy to hook up and after about 2 years I'm starting to have heating problems. It's the beginning of spring now and on warm days the amp will stay on for about 10 minutes then start cutting on and off. I have it well ventilated and everything is hooked up right. I would suggest this product for anyone wanting to install sub woofers in their car for the first time. I would NOT suggest buying this used. It doesn't really surprise me that something from WalMart would do this, but other than heating issues after about two years, this is a good amp.
